Femi Wright – Managing Partner

Femi is responsible for the overall quality and output of each engagement. He brings an experience of over 15 years centered around risk based auditing, financial control and reporting, financial due diligence, loan and equity financing, tax planning and compliance. Femi is equipped with extensive analysis, reporting, projects and man-management skills. His experience spans several industries in two continents.

As General Manager Finance at Helios Towers Nigeria Limited (HTN), Femi was a lead player in the company’s syndicated $250m debt financing through IFC. He was also the lead player in a $200m debt and equity financing through three major Nigerian banks in 2007.

Prior to joining HTN, Femi was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Whilst at PwC, in addition to managing statutory audits of medium to large sized group companies with turnovers between N5 billion and N20 billion, he also led an experienced team in a due diligence exercise of a French Group of companies.

Prior to coming to Nigeria in April 2006 to join PwC, Femi was Practice Senior at Wilson Wright & Co (WW) Chartered Accountants and registered auditors in London for over 4 years. At WW he was a key member of the Business Services Unit; an outsourcing function where he performed financial control, human resources, executive training and management accounting services for international clients with headquarters outside the UK. Femi also worked at Greenback Alan and Howard Wade and Jacob, both medium-sized chartered accountancy firms in the City of London, where he trained and established his accounting skills.

Femi is a fellow of ACCA and an associate member of ICAN. He is also a BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance graduate of Middlesex University Business School, Hendon, London.

Omoye Ajayi
Omoye Ajayi

Omoye has over 11 years experience gained from working in several roles across Accounting, Finance, Tax and Audit. She joined WYZE in 2014 before which she had worked with APEX Global Aluminumand MBO Russell Bedford.

Since joining WYZE, she has managed Audit and Tax assignments for Companies worth $5-$15 Million across various sectors including Oil & Gas and Telecommunications.

Omoye is a graduate of the Nigerian Institute of Management and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Joshua Ajuwon
Joshua Ajuwon

Joshua's taxation experience cuts across insurance, banking, telecommunications, dredging, construction, FMCG and educational institutions.

He joined WYZE Concepts & Associates in 2014 as a Manager, Audit and Tax and is responsible for the Statutory Audit and Taxation needs of Clients.

Joshua is a graduate of Economics from University of Lagos, Akoka. He is a Qualified Accountant (QA) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He is in the process of obtaining an M.sc (Economics) from the University of Lagos.

Sunday Oyerinde
Sunday Oyerinde

Sunday joined WYZE in 2014 as a Semi-Senior Auditor and Financial Accountant. He serves as chief client adviser on development and improvement of financial and other controls as well as efficient book keeping and performance of statutory audit.

Prior to joining WYZE, Sunday spent some time working at Guaranty Trust Bank where he managed client relationships, book and record keeping.

Sunday is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and an Associate Accounting Technician of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Yusuf Omotosho
Omotosho Yusuf

Yusuf joined WYZE in 2012 as an audit trainee and was promoted in 2013 to the position of Audit Junior. He has since then been involved in preparation of statutory audit, verification exercises on assets and liabilities, accuracy of financial statements and control assessments to determine internal weaknesses to proffer improvements and remedial actions.

Prior to joining WYZE, he worked at Guaranty Trust Bank in the position of Facilities Administrator where he was a team leader on implementing the banks QHSE policies and client management, among other roles.

Veronica Athekame
Vera Athekame

Vera has over 8 years experience in Administration, Office and People Management. She has worked in various organizations including Margaret & Louis Edet Foundation (NGO) where she was in charge of Administration and People Management. Prior to joining WYZE, she worked as operations specialist/PA to the Chief Financial Officer at Multilinks Telecommunications Limited.

She joined WYZE in 2012 as the Office Administrator and has since then been in charge of the day-to-day running of the Company as well as providing administrative and operational support to other members of staff.

Vera is a graduate of Banking and Finance, from Kogi State University. She is also a Certified Business Professional (CBP) with specialty in Business Communication.
